Mercado Livre, one of the largest e-commerce and financial services companies in Latin America, announced today (October 30, 2025) that it will hire 20,000 professionals in Brazil by the end of the year.
This measure aims to meet the significant growth in demand, especially during Black Friday, and ensure delivery efficiency during one of the busiest times for e-commerce.
Additionally, 25% of the positions are temporary, created to reinforce the workforce during the high sales season.

Distribution of Opportunities

The hiring is distributed across various regions of the country.
However, the main cities with available positions are Cajamar and Araçariguama, in the State of São Paulo, Extrema, in Minas Gerais, and Governador Celso Ramos, in Santa Catarina.
These locations concentrate large logistics centers of Mercado Livre and represent strategic points for the rapid flow of products across the national territory.
Requirements and Application Process
Applicants must have a complete high school education and availability to work in person.
Applications are already open and can be submitted directly through the Mercado Livre careers portal.
On the website, you can register your resume and check the open positions.
