Partnership of 13 Years Leads to Great Advancements in Payroll
Minsait, a company belonging to the Indra group, has implemented a significant milestone in modernizing the payroll system of the Brazilian Navy. With over a decade of collaboration, this technological partnership has resulted in an efficient payment management system, benefiting more than 210,000 users, including active military personnel, veterans, pensioners, and beneficiaries of alimony. The assurance of timely and accurate payments highlights the success of this alliance.
Development and Support of SISPAG-2
The Personnel Payment Department of the Navy (PAPEM) and Minsait worked together on the development and support of SISPAG-2, a comprehensive payroll system. This system, initiated in 2016 and technically completed in 2019, incorporates detailed management of financial transactions, rights, and obligations. Since December 2020, Minsait has continued to provide support for SISPAG-2, ensuring its effectiveness and reliability.
Integration and Benefits of the System
SISPAG-2 not only facilitated payment management but also integrated with other IT systems of the Navy, as well as established connections with various agencies, such as the Ministry of Labor, Banco do Brasil, and the Federal Revenue. The benefits include greater flexibility for adjustments in the system, enhanced information security, elimination of paper reports, simulation of payment issuance, and significant reduction in operational costs by deactivating the IBM mainframe environment.
