However, considering the market it is entering, as well as other neighboring Asian markets, the Indian company’s electric motorcycle is currently a good value for money.
The model features an electric propulsion system with an IP67 rated lithium-ion battery and an Axial Flux motor. According to the Indian company, the vehicle’s motor produces the highest power and, in its category, offers the best acceleration. The company also highlights the efficiency rate, which is between 90 and 96%. The most interesting part of the electric motorcycle is that, although its battery is positioned at the bottom to create a lower center of gravity, the model still has a height of 165 mm.
Electric Motorcycle Offers 120 km of Range
The Axial Flux provides the electric motorcycle with a maximum torque of 2.5 kgfm and 10 horsepower. According to the Indian company, these specifications allow the electric motorcycle to go from 0 to 40 km/h in just 4 seconds, while its top speed is 95 km/h. Regarding range, both versions of the Kratos can offer 120 km on a single charge.
The company’s most powerful model, the Tork Kratos R, has a more updated powertrain, with a motor that offers 12 horsepower and 2.8 kgfm of maximum torque. Its battery consists of a 4kWh LIION cell.
The more powerful motor allows the electric motorcycle to go from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 105 km/h. However, this model costs a bit more, around US$ 1,650, equivalent to R$ 8,700.
Ducati Will Launch Its First Electric Motorcycle

Ducati has been studying electric motorcycles for years and knows it will have to work hard, especially when it comes to achieving a low weight to produce a high-performance vehicle, and surely the dimensions and mass of the batteries are the main challenges for vehicle production.
