Functions and Responsibilities of the Operations Assistant

The main function of the Operations Assistant at Cargill is to support the execution of various operational tasks.

Responsibilities include handling bags, assembling pallets, product filling, as well as loading and unloading trucks.

The Operations Assistant will also be responsible for the labeling operation, applying labels to bags, palletizing, and applying stretch film, among other activities.

In addition to these functions, the Operations Assistant will also need to clean and organize the work area and equipment, ensuring that the environment is always in compliance with the company’s safety procedures.

Eu já tive a oportunidade de trabalhar na Cargill em 2018 mas eu não quis por que nessa unidade roda de turno e são três turnos pra rodar,por isso eu não quis pois ia travar minha vida com meus estudos e outras coisas.
Isso é mais pra pessoas 👤👥 que só vivem disso trabalhar lá até aposentar, lógico que isso também é um risco, principalmente hoje em dia com a tecnologia e a inteligência artificial cada vez mais avançada na internet 🛜 é nos robôs é máquinas.
E só questão de tempo para milhões de vagas da CLT e profissionais formados serem substituídos por tecnologias novas no futuro presente.
