In the case of the commercial executive position, the professional will be responsible for driving SimpliRoute’s growth in the Brazilian corporate market, directly involved in prospecting, developing, and closing large-scale and high-complexity deals. Additionally, this role involves relationship management with strategic decision-makers, developing value propositions, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating the implementation of the platform after contract formalization.
For this role, more than four years of experience in B2B sales is required, along with a consistent track record of exceeding targets, solid knowledge in logistics and last mile, experience in technology or SaaS companies, and proficiency in CRM, with a focus on Salesforce. A degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields is required, while Spanish is a mandatory requirement, as per criteria set for 2026.
The partnership manager position focuses on structuring, expanding, and scaling the company’s ecosystem of strategic alliances. In this regard, the professional will manage the reseller program, develop commercial playbooks, monitor opportunities originating from channels, and ensure ongoing integration with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal.
For this role, it is necessary to have at least five years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channels, in addition to knowledge of the SaaS and logistics market, experience in commercial and marketing areas, and a degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. English is considered desirable, following practices adopted by the company since 2025.
Meanwhile, the sales representative (SDR) position is directly linked to generating qualified commercial opportunities. Thus, the professional will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients, both through inbound and outbound strategies, making cold calls, presenting the value proposition of SimpliRoute, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
For this position, approximately two years of experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS company is required, along with proficiency in outbound campaigns, prospecting tools, and CRM, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as well as a degree in Sales, Marketing, Administration, or Communication, completed or nearing completion. English is also desirable, in accordance with the current internal standard.
