The Brazilian Energy Company Neoenergia Won a Bid on Friday for the Brazilian Distributor CEB in the Federal District, with an Offer of 2.5 Billion Reais (US $ 486.04 Million).
CEB Distribuição supplied electricity to more than three million people in the Federal District in Brasília and will now be transferred to Neoenergia, according to the Spanish energy company. Last year, it provided a total of 6,577 gigawatt-hours.
