Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ has specifications revealed before the official launch scheduled for June 4.
A few days before the official announcement scheduled for June 4, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ had practically all details revealed after appearing on the Motorola India website. The publication anticipated information about design, available colors, and technical characteristics of the brand’s new premium smartphone.
The device comes equipped with a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen, a triple rear camera set of 50 MP, and a 6,500 mAh battery. Additionally, the model bets on advanced protection features, fast charging, and visual intelligence to compete among the most complete phones in the Edge line.
Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ bets on high-brightness display
Among the highlights revealed is the display of the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+. The panel uses AMOLED technology with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.

The new member of the Edge line will be launched with the Dimensity 8500 Extreme processor. The chip will work alongside 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
In the operating system, the phone will come with Android 16 installed from the factory. The manufacturer also promises:

Even with a large capacity battery, the smartphone maintains a thickness between 7.19 mm and 7.34 mm, as well as a weight of 190 grams.

Cameras of the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ will have up to 50x zoom
The photography area also received special attention in the new Motorola device.
On the back, the device features three 50-megapixel sensors. The main camera uses a Sony LYTIA 710 sensor. The set also includes an ultrawide lens and a telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.
According to the disclosed listing, the system will also offer Super Zoom up to 50x.
On the front, the smartphone will have a 50 MP selfie camera with autofocus.
Additionally, the model can record videos in 4K HDR10+ resolution at 60 frames per second.
Extra features reinforce premium proposal
The Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ also received IP68 and IP69 certifications, aimed at protection against water and dust. The device also has military certification MIL-STD-810H.
Other confirmed features include an under-display fingerprint reader and stereo speakers compatible with Dolby Atmos.
The manufacturer will offer the smartphone in three color options developed in partnership with Pantone:

- Zinfandel (red)
- Chicory Coffee (wood-inspired finish)

With the official launch approaching, the model already appears as one of Motorola’s main bets for the premium segment in 2026.
