New State Company Promises to Reorganize National Security Funding and Modernize Ground Force Programs
A strategic initiative considered by the Brazilian Army gains momentum and, therefore, begins to widely impact internal debates about structural modernization. The creation of the National Company for the Development of the Ground Force (Endeforte) emerges as an instrument that, consequently, can significantly change the way national security projects are funded.
