Repurposed Industrial Structures in Swiss Park Begin to Transform into a New Shopping Center in Campinas, Bringing Together Supermarket, Gym, Health Services, and Dining Options in a Project Designed to Accompany Urban Growth and Increased Demand for Convenience in the Region.
Structures that had remained closed for decades in Swiss Park, Campinas, are beginning to gain a new function in an area marked by the city’s real estate expansion.
On the site of former warehouses used for document storage, Swiss Park Mall will be inaugurated in the first half of 2026, a commercial venture planned to serve residents and workers in one of the fastest-growing regions in the municipality.

Swiss Park Mall is entering the final phase of implementation with the proposal to bring together convenience, services, health, gastronomy, and leisure in a single environment.

While Brazil has been dragging its feet on the Rio-São Paulo bullet train for 30 years, California has turned its own into a zombie project: 18 years, $126 billion, 60 viaducts completed, and zero meters of track laid, with Trump cutting $4 billion in July.

The Brazilian state will receive its own submarine cable and a billion-dollar supercomputer, and the state will no longer rely exclusively on Ceará, which currently handles 90% of all internet traffic circulating in Brazil.
In total, the venture will feature 72 operations, including supermarket, restaurants, gym, pet shop, and health services, consolidating the neighborhood as a new hub of convenience and services in Campinas.
The project utilizes part of the existing structures in the area, adapted to accommodate the new commercial complex, which was designed to meet the daily needs of residents in the local condominiums and also of workers who circulate daily through the neighborhood.
The proposal is to offer an easily accessible space, with operations focused on the daily life of the local public.
Food Court and New Dining Options at Swiss Park Mall
Within this concept, the food court will play a central role in the experience of visitors.
Located right at the main entrance of the mall, it will gather 10 operations, in addition to restaurants and a bakery that should expand the dining options in the neighborhood and establish themselves as new meeting points for local residents.

The expectation is that the space will become an environment for socializing and leisure, bringing together different profiles of the public in one place.
Spasso Sabores Supermarket and Select Gym Among the Anchors
Among the highlights of the venture is Spasso Sabores Supermarkets, part of the Zeferino Group, which has over 40 years of experience in the food retail sector.
The unit will have more than 3,600 square meters of space and will be the first of the chain in Campinas.
The proposal is to offer a wide variety of products, fresh produce, and premium items, as well as complete solutions for daily shopping.
Another highlight of the mall will be the gym Select Gym by Panobianco, a space focused on health and quality of life with about 1,800 square meters, dedicated to physical activities and well-being.
The venture will also feature a multidisciplinary medical unit and clinical laboratory, as well as the installation of a pet shop, expanding the essential service offerings for local residents.
Swiss Park Expansion Drives New Service Center in Campinas
According to Bruno Anversa, director of Swiss Park Mall, the venture was planned to accompany the neighborhood’s growth.
“Swiss Park is experiencing a consistent cycle of expansion, and the mall comes to add value to the neighborhood and to the daily lives of those who live and work here.
Our goal is to deliver an innovative, safe space aligned with the highest quality standards.”
Located in the heart of Swiss Park, the venture will have access to an estimated base of over 38,000 potential daily consumers.
To meet this demand, the mall will have about 1,000 parking spaces, including quick parking.
New Hub of Commerce and Convenience in Swiss Park
Swiss Park is considered one of the most structured planned neighborhoods in Campinas, bringing together various residential condominiums, business areas, and consolidated urban infrastructure.
With the inauguration of Swiss Park Mall, the expectation is that the venture will expand the offerings of commerce and services in the region.
The goal is to facilitate the daily routines of those who live or work in the neighborhood and strengthen local development.
More information about the venture is expected to be released in the coming months, including through the mall’s official profile on social media.
