Works on the São Paulo subway create 300 jobs for construction supervisors, masons, servants and more

Works have resumed on the São Paulo subway and many job openings are open for mid-level and higher-level professionals.

Construction company responsible for works on Line 6 in the São Paulo subway announced that it has 300 job vacancies open to work on site. Opportunities are aimed at mid-level and higher-level professionals in several areas. Work on the site had been stopped since 2016 and was resumed and announced by the state governor, João Dória.

Resumption of works in the state of São Paulo

Construtora Acciona, which will be responsible for the works on Line 6, disclosed that, with the resumption of the worksite, around 300 job vacancies will be open to professionals with different levels of education. There are also open positions for interns and young apprentices.

Governor João Dória says that the work on Line 6 of the São Paulo subway is the biggest infrastructure work in the country and in all of Latin America in terms of the investments applied and the generation of job vacancies. João also states that the project has great expectations for the population of the state of São Paulo and also mentions the generation of jobs with the works in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic.

The construction company responsible for the works is a group of Spanish origin that operates in the management of infrastructure, such as construction, concessions, services, industrial and renewable energies.
