Selection Offers Positions for Criminal Expert, Medical Examiner, and Forensic Technician, With Applications Open Until October 16.

The General Institute of Forensics (IGP) published on Tuesday (16) the announcement of the largest competition in its history. The selection offers 234 positions distributed among the roles of Criminal Expert, Medical-Examiner, and Technician in Forensics.

The announcement was made in the Official Gazette of the State and marks a significant expansion in the institution’s staff.

Applications started on Tuesday and will continue until October 16. Candidates must register through the Fundatec website, the organization responsible for the competition.

Distribution of Positions and Salaries

The competition offers 70 positions for Criminal Experts, distributed across 17 different areas of knowledge. There are also 54 positions available for Medical Examiners and another 110 for Forensic Technicians, reinforcing strategic sectors of the institute.

The starting salary for Criminal Experts and Medical Examiners is R$ 17,078.17, while Forensic Technicians will receive R$ 5,379.89. These amounts refer to the basic salary of each position and may attract candidates from various regions of the country.
