According to the statement from Petrobras, the offer includes 3 oil wells in production, 17 oil treatment stations, a gas station in Carmópolis, approximately 350 km of gas and oil pipelines.
In addition, the Atalaia Polo is also among the assets, which includes the Aracaju Waterway Terminal (Tecarmo), a natural gas processing unit and an oil processing station. Other assets are the Bonsucesso-Atalaia oil pipeline, which is 48,6 kilometers long and which transports the production from the concessions to Tecarmo.
Additionally, all the production facilities contained in the ring-fence (set of assets) of the 11 concessions and the ownership of part of the land are included.
This disclosure is in accordance with Petrobras' internal rules. This is yet another sale of assets by the state-owned company, which has sought to increasingly focus its resources on oil production in deep and ultra-deep waters.
The teaser, which contains key information about the opportunity, as well as the eligibility criteria for selecting potential participants, is available on the website from Petrobras. The main subsequent stages of the project will be communicated to the market in due course.
Between January and September of this year, production at the Carmópolis Complex was 10 barrels of oil per day, and 73 cubic meters of natural gas. Petrobras is the operator of the fields, with a 100% stake.
