Oil Workers Massively Reject Petrobras’ PLR Proposal and Other Subsidiaries, Regarding the Exercise for Next Year (2021), with Payment Defined for Mid-2022.
A total of 7 meetings were held with Petrobras and subsidiary managers, the FUP renewed that the PLR rules must meet all oil workers, regardless of the position or function they occupy, and the company they work for in the System.
No Depreciation of Assets at Petrobras
Trade union representatives also demanded that there be no deficit in the depreciation of assets, in the indicators used, and that the PLR have a fund so that results built collectively are distributed as equitably as possible among oil workers, without solely focusing on individual remuneration, as Petrobras management intends.

FNP Rejects Proposal and Demands New Union
The National Federation of Oil Workers – FPN rejected Petrobras’ proposal and made a demand for a new union with the state-owned company, in order to present a new counter-proposal that defines indicators for the payment of the PLR.
