Positions and Requirements to Participate in the City Hall Selection Process
There are 23 positions in total, one for an endemic combat agent and 22 for community health agents. The offered salary is two minimum wages (R$ 2,824) for a work schedule of 40 hours per week.
It is necessary to have completed high school to apply for the positions. For community health agents, it is required that the candidate resides in one of the neighborhoods in the area they will work.

Applications and Fees for the City Hall Selection Process
Applications for the city hall selection process must be made exclusively through the website of the Brazilian Institute of Support and Executive Development (Ibade) until February 15, 2024.
The participation fee for the selection process is R$ 58. Candidates registered in the CadÚnico and members of low-income families can request a fee waiver on January 17 and 18.
Stages of the City Hall Selection Process
The city hall selection process will have two stages. The first will consist of objective tests, while the second will be an Introductory Course of Initial Training. The objective tests are scheduled for March 3 and will last three hours, with questions on Portuguese Language, Basic Computer Knowledge, Ethics and Legislation in Public Administration, Basic Knowledge of Public Health, and Specific Knowledge. Candidates who do not score at least 50% of the points on the exam will be eliminated from the selection process.
