The edital for the contest by the City Hall of Poços de Caldas, in the state of Minas Gerais, was published in the Official Gazette of the Municipality on this Friday, December 15th. A total of 509 immediate positions are being offered in various roles, for all levels of education.

How To Register For The Contest By The City Hall Of Poços De Caldas
Registrations for the public contest will be accepted from 10 a.m. on February 19th to 4 p.m. on March 20th of the following year, exclusively through the IMAM Concursos Website, the organizer of the selection process.
After completing the registration, the candidate must print the boleto and pay a participation fee, which varies from R$ 49 to R$ 150, ensuring payment by the deadline, considering the bank’s business hours.
Those who are approved in the contest by the City Hall of Poços de Caldas will have starting salaries that range from R$ 1,400 and can reach R$ 15,000.
In 2024, a second edital will be published with other positions, according to information from the administration department. A second contest edital is already being prepared, which will include new positions, requiring more phases of testing such as written and practical exams.
About The Selection Of The Public Contest
The contest by the City Hall of Poços de Caldas will consist of the following stages:
- Practical exam, of classificatory character, for Teacher II (singing, electric bass, classical piano, guitar, and cello);
- Title exam, of classificatory character, for Teacher I and higher-level positions;
- Essay exam, of eliminatory and classificatory character, for teachers and pedagogical supervisor;
- Objective exam, of eliminatory and classificatory character, for all positions.
The exams are scheduled to be held on April 20, 21, 27, and 28, 2024, in locations and times to be communicated in the call notice, which will be published in due course.
