City Hall Extends Registration for Contest with Salaries Over R$ 8,600

One of these open competitions is from the city hall of Angra dos Reis, a city located in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Initially, registrations for the contest were supposed to have ended.

However, the city hall of the city in question announced great news for those candidates who have not yet registered for the contest: the extension of the deadline to register.

City Hall Contest of Angra Extended. According to information from the city hall of Angra dos Reis, the municipal contest has been extended until next Thursday (15). As a result, those interested in filling one of the 72 vacancies at the city hall will have more days to register.

The Vacancies Offered in the Contest

Of these 72 vacancies mentioned, 61 are designated for individuals with higher education. The remaining 11 positions are for individuals with a high school education. All these opportunities are for the effective personnel framework of the municipality.

The Salaries and Positions in the City Hall Contest

Salaries in the city hall contest of Angra dos Reis vary, ranging from R$ 3,023.05 for individuals with a high school education to R$ 8,683.74 for those with higher education.

Of these vacancies, a large part is designated for individuals with higher education and for education. In this sense, it can be noted that 30 opportunities are for teachers and ten for pedagogues.

Besides these opportunities in the education field, the city hall also has openings for higher education for the following positions:

Architect (3);
Social worker (5);
Library scientist (1);
Civil engineer (3);
Speech therapist (1);
Nutritionist (4);
Psychologist (3);
And occupational therapist (1).

The vacancies for individuals with a high school education are as follows:

Digital inclusion agent (5);
Sign language interpreter (1);
And school secretary (5).

According to the city hall of Angra dos Reis, the contest in question is intended “for vacancies under the statutory regime and the formation of a reserve list and has a validity period of two years.”

This period, the municipal management states, begins to count from the date of homologation of the contest, but may be extended for an equal period at the discretion of the City Hall of Angra.

How to Register for the Contest of Angra dos Reis

Anyone interested in participating in the Angra dos Reis contest should know that the registrations for the contest are made exclusively online, at the website www.institutoaocp.org.br.

To participate in the contest, it will be necessary to pay a registration fee of R$ 78.00 for positions requiring a high school diploma and R$ 130.00 for higher education positions.

The tests will be on April 7. Candidates who are approved in the Angra dos Reis contest will receive, in addition to the mentioned salary, a food card worth R$ 682.00 per month.

Teacher Salary Above Average

Currently, the city hall of Angra dos Reis pays Docentes II R$ 194.37 per hour worked. Mathematically, this means that teachers currently have a starting base salary of R$ 3,887.38 for a weekly workload of 20 hours.

This amount is higher than the national minimum wage for teachers, which is R$ 4,580.57, but for a 40-hour weekly workload. This results in a compensation of R$ 114.51 per hour worked.
