The 2023 Trainee Program lasts for 16 months, starting in January 2023. The selected individuals will work in the area they were approved for, carrying out specific projects and job rotation in related areas. In parallel to the projects, they will also participate in mentoring sessions with Leadership and the internal talent development program of all companies invested in by the Votorantim S.A. holding, with three weeks of training and project development.
