Engineering students and related areas are required for internships at oil giant Baker Hughes in Rio de Janeiro

A Baker Hughes, a GE group company, announced that it has internship vacancies, for the areas of supplies and contracts, for the cities of Niterói and for the capital, Rio de Janeiro. Internship - Purchasing - Rio de Janeiro

Dynamism, proactivity, flexibility, objectivity, communication; Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point; Preferably studying mechanical engineering, production, electrical, electronics. Advanced / Fluent English.

Activities: Contact with suppliers to follow up material deliveries, checking receipt and compliance with purchase order dates; Small business negotiations and improvement in payment terms; Administration of contracts in the area, including management of due dates in the applicable tool; Internal alignments with the Planning and Warehouse teams for dealings with demands and receipt of materials; Daily contact with internal requesters.

Internship - Contracts - Niterói, RJ

Studying production, mechanical or chemical engineering; advanced office suite; fiscal software (IFS, UNIFIER, ORACLE).

Activities: Support contract analysis activities with contract analysts in order to add all necessary changes to deliver the project, including internal consultations with other areas of the company; Support the activities of critical analysis of the scope of the contracts with the contract analysts at the time of receipt by the client;

Support contract analysts in controlling project scope changes; Elaborate, keep updated and disseminate, together with the contract manager, the performance indicators (KPIs) related to project control for all functional areas involved in ongoing projects; Elaboration and control of shipments of flange and samples for testing; Keep the documentation control system updated for internal consultations and audits; among others.
