Who Can Participate
Teachers from Basic Education, both from public and private networks, as well as holders of a high school completion certificate, can participate in the selection process. It is important to note that 30% of the openings are reserved for active teachers, 5% for people with disabilities, and 15% for self-declared Black, Brown, or Indigenous candidates. Therefore, UERN aims to promote inclusion and diversity in the academic environment.
Registrations are free and must be made between July 16 and August 5, 2024, exclusively on the DEaD/UERN website. At the time of registration, candidates must choose one of the available centers and attach the required documentation. Teachers must prove their professional activity through a current paycheck, declaration of employment, or work card.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on ENEM scores from 2010 to 2023. For teachers, the classification will also consider teaching experience. In case of a tie, the highest score on the ENEM writing test will be the tiebreaker criterion. If the tie persists, age and teaching experience in the public network will be considered.
The final result will be announced by November 5, 2024, and institutional enrollments will take place from November 6 to 15, 2024. Candidates must fill out an online form to finalize the enrollment, confirming that they have no ties to other undergraduate courses at public institutions. Unfilled openings will be redistributed among the centers and courses, according to the general ranking.
