The slots are distributed among the locations of Várzea da Palma (240 slots), Corinto (160 slots), Joaquim Felício (120 slots), Buritizeiro (160 slots) and Santo Hipólito (80 slots). The selection will be carried out through a curricular evaluation based on the grades in Portuguese and Mathematics from high school.
And What About IFMS Courses?
The Federal Institute-IFMS also offers 796 free slots for EAD courses, according to the 2024 selection notice. Among the available courses are:

The slots are distributed across 19 campuses, including cities like Campo Grande (60 slots), Corumbá (80 slots), Dourados (40 slots), Naviraí (40 slots), Três Lagoas (17 slots), among others. The selection will consist of document analysis, a written test, and an individual interview, ensuring that the best candidates are chosen.
Who Can Participate and How to Register?
Candidates must either be enrolled in or have completed high school, in addition to meeting the specific criteria of each institute. It is necessary to have internet access and a computer, as classes will be conducted online (EAD). Applications for IFNMG are open until December 1, 2024, while IFMS accepts candidates until December 15, 2024.
