The São Paulo State College of Technology is accepting applications for the entrance exam for the first semester of 2025, offering more than 20 thousand vacancies em 97 free courses.

What you need to know about the Fatec entrance exam
A Fatec offers free higher technology courses, lasting three years, which are aligned with the demands of the job market.
To compete for one of the vacancies, the candidate must have completed or be studying high school, as long as he/she proves completion by the time of enrollment.
At the time of registration, the participant will be able to choose a first course option and, if desired, indicate a second option at any Fatec, regardless of location or period.
The registration fee is R$60, and payment can be made until December 20 , at 16h.
For the first half of 2025, the Fatecs are offering 20.060 vacancies , with 15.103 for the entrance exam and the rest for the Provão Paulista. The opportunities are distributed across units in all regions of the state of São Paulo, including new features for next year.
New features in Fatec courses for 2025
In 2025 the Fatec will start operations in two new units, in addition to expanding its course options to other locations. Check out the news:

- Logistics (40 vacancies – night)
- Fatec Rio Claro :
- Artificial Intelligence (35 places – morning)
- Environmental, Social Sustainability and Corporate Governance Management (35 places – evening)
Other new courses will also be launched:
- Big Data for Industry (40 places – night), at Fatec São Carlos.
- Refrigeration and Air conditioning (40 vacancies – morning), at Fatec São Paulo.
- Graphic design (40 places – afternoon), at Fatec Sumaré.
- Intelligent Systems (40 vacancies – night), at Fatec Pompeia, updating Big Data in Agribusiness.
In this way, some Fatecs start to offer existing courses in other units, such as:
- Systems Analysis and Development : Fatec Itatiba (40 vacancies).
- Data Science for Business : Fatec Sebrae (35 places – afternoon).
- Aircraft Maintenance : Fatec Sorocaba (40 places – morning).
- Industrial Mechatronics : Fatec Garça (40 places – morning).
- Business Management and Innovation : Fatec Lins (40 places – morning).
How does the selection process work?
The selection process of Fatec consists of a test that will be applied on the day 12 January 2025 . The exam assesses high school knowledge and includes multiple choice questions. The ranking is based on the candidates' performance, taking into account the score obtained in the test.
Details must fill in the application form, the socioeconomic questionnaire and pay the fee on the official entrance exam website.
