The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP), Guarulhos campus, has opened registrations for seven free extension courses, covering areas such as technology, languages, and renewable energies.
The opportunities are listed in Public Notice No. 27/2025 and cater to different profiles, with specific age and education requirements.
Upon completing the courses, those who achieve at least 75% attendance and performance will receive a nationally recognized certificate.

The notice also establishes 5% of the spots reserved for People with Disabilities (PwD) and 25% for self-declared black, brown, indigenous, or quilombola candidates (PPIQ), in accordance with legislation.
If they are not filled, the spots will be reverted to general competition.

Designed for individuals aged 55 or older with completed elementary education.

For candidates aged 14 to 54 years with incomplete elementary education.

Fundamentals of Computer Networks
Must be enrolled from the 8th grade of elementary school and have basic knowledge of computers and hardware.

Photovoltaic Systems Installer
Requires completed elementary education and a minimum age of 18 years.

Excel – From Basic to Intermediate
Open to students from the 2nd year of high school onward.

The only exception is Communication and Culture in English – Basic 3, which will have an online test scheduled for August 18, 2025.
The schedule for announcing results, enrollments, and subsequent calls will follow the dates defined in the notice.
How to Enroll
The enrollment period runs from July 21, 2025, at midnight, until August 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM. The procedure is free and is conducted exclusively online, in the form indicated in the notice.
Each candidate can apply for up to two courses, provided there is no overlap in schedules.
At the time of registration, it is necessary to fill in all required information and take responsibility for the accuracy of the information.
The recommendation is not to leave it until the last minute, as the most sought-after courses tend to have high demand in the first hours of opening.
