Rede Andifes – IsF has started the registration phase for its free online English and Portuguese courses with the right to certifications. The activities are part of the association's partnership with the Languages Without Borders Program at the Federal University of Uberlândia. To get vacancies in distance learning courses, candidates must register by November 19th or until the 25 vacancies offered are occupied through the registration link published on the IsF pages on Instagram and Facebook.

Free online English and Portuguese courses with certifications
The free EAD English Language courses have two workshops, Reading Strategies, aimed at the basic level, and Conversation, aimed at the intermediate level. While the first workshop will take place synchronously on Tuesdays, from 13:14 pm to 30:15 pm, the second will be held on Fridays, from 30:17 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm.
The free online courses of Portuguese for Foreigners have Reading and Written Production classes: Brazilian Portuguese Grammar (level 1 and 2) and also a trip to cultural Brazil through various textual genres.
The first distance learning discipline will be held synchronously, on Fridays, from 10:11 am to 30:15 am and the second, from 16:30 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm. It is worth noting that all EAD classes of the two free online courses with certifications will take place through Google Meet, while the asynchronous ones will take place through the Google Classroom platform.

Were you interested in any of the free distance learning courses? So know that it is very simple to enroll, just access the Andifes IsF Network website and select the desired course. Once this is done, it will be necessary to fill out a form with Full Name, CPF, Passport (for foreigners), Nationality, Telephone, E-mail, Relationship with UF, among others.
It is worth mentioning that the EAD classes of the free online courses with certifications take place from the 22nd of this month until the 17th of December, in synchronous and asynchronous modes. Both opportunities are aimed at the entire academic community with the mission of expanding free access to foreign language learning. The courses have a workload of 10 hours, distributed in 2h30 of classes per week.

The Andifes-IsF Network's mission, alongside the IFES linked to Andifes that join the Network, through an invitation letter or specific call, is to encourage initial and continued training of language teachers so that they can work in internationalization processes.
The institution seeks to develop the linguistic proficiency of students, professors and the technical-administrative staff of accredited IFES. The Andifes-IsF Network will also work in accordance with the internationalization policies of the accredited IFES and with the government policies that the IFES are bound by.
The network allows specialists from various higher education institutions, both national and international, to become accredited through specific calls to act collaboratively to increase the level of foreign language at the IFES.
