The Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU 192), through the Brotherhood of the Holy House of Mercy of Vitória, announced public notice nº 016/2025 with job openings for emergency nursing technicians.
The selection will create a reserve registration to meet the demand of several cities in the Santa Maria region, in Espírito Santo.
The covered municipalities are Santa Teresa, Fundão, Itaguaçu, Itarana, Santa Maria de Jetibá, Santa Leopoldina, Laranja da Terra, São Roque do Canaã, and Ibiraçu.

The hiring will follow the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) regime, in partnership with the State Health Department (SESA/ES).
Stages of the SAMU Selection Process
All stages of the SAMU selection process will take place on September 12, 2025, in Santa Maria de Jetibá.
The first stage will be the application followed by curriculum analysis. Soon after, candidates will take the theoretical exam scheduled for 8 AM at the local APAE headquarters.
Next, there will be document verification, profile analysis interview, practical exam, psychological evaluation, and technical questioning interview.
Finally, the approved candidates will be called for the admission and integration phase.
Compensation and Work Schedule
The job openings offered by SAMU have a 12-hour shift schedule, with a 12×36 rotation, which can be day or night. The weekly workload will be 36 hours.
The anticipated compensation is R$ 2,243.26, plus R$ 477.19 referring to the additional nursing salary floor, according to Law 14.434/22.
Additionally, the notice guarantees benefits such as a ticket of R$ 24 per shift and an unhealthy work environment bonus.
Results Disclosure and Guidelines
The Permanent Selection Processes Commission may consult candidates’ professional references.
The results of each stage will be available on the official SAMU Espírito Santo website, where applicants can track their ranking using their registration number.
To participate, it will be mandatory to present an official photo ID for access to the exam locations.
The notice also emphasizes that the entry of companions will not be allowed, ensuring the organization of the selection process.
Prerequisites Required in the Notice
Candidates interested in the job openings must meet some basic requirements.
These include: holding a technical nursing qualification, active registration in the professional council, and minimum experience required in the notice.
Another essential point is the Pre-Hospital Care (APH) course with a minimum workload of 200 hours.
Only in-person training will be accepted, as EAD courses will not be valid.
Additionally, applicants must prove residence in one of the cities covered by the selection process.
