Initiative Will Offer In-Person Consulting and Financial Support of Up to R$ 2 Thousand for Process Digitization
The Sebrae has one thousand open slots in a free program aimed at micro and small businesses in the industry looking to increase their productivity and improve their management. The program, valid for the entire state of Rio de Janeiro, will start in August and offers in-person consulting for six months, in addition to financial support for digitization.
The program focuses on closely monitoring the daily operations of entrepreneurs, identifying bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and in the second phase, applying technological tools that optimize internal processes. Applications are open until August 15 and are free. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with no selection required.

How Does Support for Companies Work?
In the first phase, business owners will receive direct support from a Local Innovation Agent (ALI), who will visit the business regularly for six months. This professional will map routines, identify opportunities, and guide improvements in management, sales, and processes.
In the second phase, companies will receive financial support of up to R$ 2 thousand to implement digital tools that enhance their operations such as production control platforms, inventory management, or process automation.
Is It Worth Participating?
Yes. Besides being free, the program offers specialized technical support, which typically incurs high costs in the market. Sebrae also states that the support with the ALI has already generated productivity increases of up to 40% in previous editions of the program.
The investment in digital transformation and improvement of internal processes can be decisive for the survival and growth of small businesses, especially in a challenging economic scenario.
