Importance of Sebrae’s Program for the Sector
Complementary Law 128/2008, which created the Individual Microentrepreneur regime, has already enabled the formalization of over 15.6 million small businesses in Brazil.
This model represents nearly 60% of the companies opened in the country, operating in more than 400 permitted activities and generating around R$ 140 billion per year.
The Decola MEI emerges as a response to this reality, offering essential support for MEIs to grow and develop.
With a practical and accessible approach, the program aims to empower microentrepreneurs by providing the necessary knowledge to manage their businesses more safely and efficiently.
Sebrae, with its long history of supporting small businesses, continues to play a fundamental role in strengthening the sector by offering resources and training that help entrepreneurs achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
