The courses eligible for free access have been guaranteed since 2008, by Decree No. 6,633, established by the Federal Government, for the categories of initial and continuing education and professional technical education at the secondary level.
Interested individuals can attend in person at the locations where the courses will be held or through electronic means, according to what is established and published by the Regional Department.
How to win a scholarship? The required profile for taking the free courses and obtaining the benefit is: having a per capita monthly family income of up to two federal minimum wages or being users of programs for the protection of threatened individuals established by Law No. 9,807, of July 13, 1999, by Decree No. 6,044, of February 12, 2007, by Decree No. 6,231, of October 11, 2007, and by Decree No. 8,724, of April 27, 2016.
