Senac Will Bring Culinary Demonstrations, Course Launch, and Free Scholarships at FIPAN 2024.

Have you heard the news? Senac São Paulo will be present at FIPAN 2024, one of the largest baking, confectionery, and food business events in Latin America. If you enjoy gastronomy or want to specialize in the field, you cannot miss this opportunity!

FIPAN 2024: Where and When

FIPAN 2024 will take place from July 23 to 26 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo. Senac São Paulo has an amazing program for the four days of the fair, full of culinary demonstrations and many new features. Get ready to learn from over 20 instructors coming from different cities in the State of São Paulo, who will share incredible tips and techniques!

During the fair, there will be 17 demonstrations at the Senac booth, featuring delights such as “Salted Caramel Cookie with Hazelnut Cream,” “Tea Bread,” “Wine with Dough: Learn How to Pair,” “Levain: It’s Easy and You Can Have Your Own!,” “Sfiha in Different Shapes,” “Structuring and Laminating the Cakes,” “Tradition and Innovation in Artisan Baking,” and “Sensory Analysis: What is the Role of Each Ingredient in Bread?”. It will be an explosion of flavors and knowledge!

Launch of A New Course

In addition to the demonstrations, Senac will launch the Technical Course in Confectionery, which will be offered in a blended format of in-person + distance learning. That’s right, you will be able to access the content from anywhere and on any device, at a time that is most convenient for you. The first classes will start in the second semester, and the course lasts approximately one year.

100% Free Scholarships

And there’s more! Senac is offering over 5,000 scholarships that are 100% free in the areas of gastronomy and food, through the Senac Grant Program. The scholarships are for technical and free courses, distributed among Senac units throughout the State of São Paulo.

How to Register

Want to know how to secure your spot? It’s easy! You need to prove a monthly family income of up to two federal minimum wages per person. Registrations must be made 20 days before the start of the chosen course, always starting at noon, via the Senac Grant Program website. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis in a virtual waiting line. So, stay alert not to miss this chance!
