The industrial growth in the north of Minas Gerais has just received significant support with the launch of the QualiFarma program, an initiative of SENAI — Luiz de Paula Ferreira Professional Training Center, in partnership with local industries. This program offers free courses and qualification scholarships for the Montes Claros community, aiming to promote the training and inclusion of new talents in the job market.
How Will the Open Positions at Senai Be Distributed?
The QualiFarma program was developed to meet the demand for qualified professionals in the region, offering two distinct Training Tracks.
The free courses offered by Senai are the Quality Management and Production Processes Track and the Mechanical Maintenance and Automation Track.

What Are the Requirements Set by Senai to Take Free Courses?
To apply for the open positions in the free courses at Senai, applicants must meet specific criteria.
For the Quality Management and Production Processes Track, a completed higher education in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology is required.
For the Mechanical Maintenance and Automation Track, a completed technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Automation, or Electroelectronics is required.
In addition to educational requirements, candidates must be at least 18 years old, reside in Montes Claros – MG, and have a family income below 1.5 minimum wages per family member.
They must not be relatives up to the second degree of senior public officials, high-ranking health professionals, politicians, or candidates for political office.
The program reserves 10% of the spots for people with disabilities, promoting significant social inclusion.
QualiFarma not only offers free training but also aims to facilitate the entry of graduates into the job market.
The scholarship of R$ 570.00 is an additional incentive for the participants, who will have the opportunity to qualify without incurring costs, as well as receiving financial support during the course period.
