What the Course Teaches
The free baking and pastry course combines technique and personal development. Students learn everything from producing breads and doughs to pastry techniques, good food handling practices, and organizing productive processes.
In addition to practical training, the program includes socio-emotional development and career planning. This way, participants strengthen skills such as responsibility, teamwork, and behavior in the workplace.
