The National Service for Industrial Learning in São Paulo (Senai) announced the opening of vacancies in technology courses for those interested in boosting their resumes and thus getting ahead in the job market.

According to the institution, the purpose of these opportunities is to expand Brazil’s workforce in the information technology sector.

In this sense, 25,000 vacancies were opened for training, in partnership with industry giants such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, and Cisco. According to Senai, these chances are available due to a pilot project that started in 2021.

After the success of this program, a comprehensive educational program was launched that, over the years, has trained more than 150,000 students.

Free Courses at Senai

According to the information on the Senai website in a check conducted this Saturday, April 13, there are a total of 76 courses. These opportunities, which are free, include training in Systems Development and Computer Networks, as well as improvements for certifications in Development, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Networks.

Who Can Enroll

According to Senai, among the prerequisites for taking the course is the requirement that the interested party be at least 16 years old. Additionally, the person must have completed elementary education and possess some specific knowledge, which varies according to the course.

Furthermore, the institution emphasizes that enrolled students will receive training aimed at developing skills. This, according to Senai, includes supervision by a legally qualified professional so that they can apply their knowledge in accordance with technical standards, quality standards, usability, ergonomics, accessibility, and safety.
