Registrations for 13,900 vacancies in free professional qualification courses in the areas of Civil Construction, Energy, Logistics, Technology, Industry, and more, offered by Firjan Senai throughout the state of Rio de Janeiro, are open. The initiative aims to provide access to quality education.

In the region, there are vacancies available for the cities of Angra dos Reis, Barra do Piraí, Barra Mansa, Resende, Valença, Volta Redonda, and Três Rios.

According to Edson Melo, Manager of Professional Education at Firjan Senai, there are more than 70 different courses distributed across 303 classes, offered in online, in-person, or blended formats. “Professional qualification is essential for the employability of young people and adults. Firjan Senai is offering free vacancies in vocational courses to expand students’ job and income opportunities,” emphasizes Melo.

Prerequisites

Candidates must meet the specific prerequisites for each desired course, such as age and education, as well as have a gross family income per capita of up to 1.5 federal minimum wage, proven through self-declaration. Access to a computer or laptop is also necessary, as part of the courses will be offered in the EAD format.

After registering on the website, the candidate will have a period of two business days to attend the chosen unit to complete the enrollment. It will be necessary to present all required documents, including identity card, CPF, proof of education, and income declaration. Candidates under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
