SESI Pernambuco Offers 300 Openings in Free Online Courses for Interpersonal Relationships and the Importance of Feedback.

The Social Service of Industry of Pernambuco (SESI-PE) has opened 300 openings in free courses that are 100% online, aimed at professional training and development of interpersonal skills in the workplace.

Registrations are open until November 24, 2025, or until all spots are filled, and can be made directly through the official SESI website.

The initiative aims to increase access to continuing education and help workers and students enhance their resumes by strengthening essential skills in the job market.

Free Online Courses Offered by SESI

SESI-PE is offering 150 openings for the course “Interpersonal Relationships”, with a total duration of 12 hours, and 150 openings for the course “The Importance of Feedback”, with 8 hours of class time.

The course Interpersonal Relationships covers essential topics for professional daily life, such as empathy, ethics, active listening, assertiveness, and conflict management.

The goal is to help students develop a more collaborative and balanced approach in corporate environments.

Meanwhile, the course The Importance of Feedback focuses on communication within teams, highlighting the relevance of constructive feedback in work relationships.
