The professional who takes on this role will have the main responsibility of delivering theoretical and practical training on occupational safety regulatory standards.

- NR 35: Work at heights;
- NR 33: Safety and health in work in confined spaces;
- NR 11: Transportation, handling, storage, and handling of materials.

Contract Details and Benefits
The position of Teaching Specialist I offers a salary of R$ 5,052.20 per month and a workload of 200 hours per month.
The contract is monthly, with an indefinite term, and working hours vary between morning and afternoon shifts, according to the needs of the unit.
In addition, the position requires flexibility for travel in the region of São José/SC and surrounding areas, addressing the training needs in other Sesi units.
Selection Process Stages
Candidates must follow a rigorous selection process, composed of six stages:
Application: Interested individuals must apply between 02/17/2025 and 02/23/2025. After applying, it is necessary to confirm participation via email.
Cultural FIT Test: On 02/24/2025 and 02/25/2025, an assessment of compatibility with the institution’s culture will be conducted.
Curricular Evaluation: The results will be released on 02/26/2025. Candidates who do not reach the minimum score may be eliminated.
Document Analysis: Between 02/27/2025 and 02/28/2025, candidates must send supporting documents, such as ID, driver’s license, and training certificates.
Practical Evaluation – Test Class: On 03/05/2025, candidates will need to deliver a test class to an evaluative panel, assessed on criteria such as planning, interaction with students, and use of technology.
Final Result: The approved candidates will be announced on 03/06/2025 and will proceed to the integration stages with the team.
