Essential and Desired Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following requirements:

Experience in UX and UI Design: The ideal candidate should have at least six months of experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design projects. Having worked on Desktop and Mobile projects that utilize Design Thinking dynamics is a plus.

Education and Knowledge: A high school diploma is required, and the candidate should be pursuing a degree or technical course in design, or have specific qualification courses. Additionally, it is desirable for the professional to have knowledge of tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD). The ability to create responsive and accessible designs is also valued.

Agile Methodologies and Communication Skills: Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is a positive point. Additionally, communication skills and teamwork are essential for effectively collaborating with other professionals.

Competitive Salary: SESI offers an attractive salary of R$6872.68.

Flexible Working Hours: The working hours are 200 hours monthly, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Remote Work: The position is available for telecommuting, with a monthly contract and indefinite term.
