The Shopee announced the opening of over 10,000 job vacancies in Brazil, divided between temporary and permanent positions. This move is part of the preparation for the major end-of-year campaigns, such as 11.11, Black Friday, and Christmas, which are peak shopping periods in e-commerce.
The initiative has a strong economic and social impact: by more than doubling the number of vacancies compared to 2024, the company expands its role as a job creator and strengthens its presence in various regions of the country. The hires encompass both logistics units and corporate offices.
Job Openings in Logistics Operations
The majority of the opportunities are concentrated in logistics units, which aim to strengthen the response to seasonal demand.

Other states such as Goiás (119), Espírito Santo (117), and Pernambuco (82) also offer a large volume of opportunities.
On a smaller scale, there are positions in Amazonas (11), Maranhão (10), Rio Grande do Norte (5), Paraíba (2), and Piauí (1).
In total, 20 states and the Federal District are participating in the selection process, which expands the national reach of the initiative.

In addition to logistics, there are positions in the Shopee offices in São Paulo, in administrative, technology, and corporate support areas.

Selected candidates may work in the morning or afternoon, gaining professional experience in one of the fastest-growing companies in the sector.
The selection process includes profile analysis, interviews with HR teams and managers, as well as onboarding steps.
Applications remain open until the end of October.
