Activities and Responsibilities of the Service Assistant
In the position of service assistant, you will act in various areas to support the cooperatives and ensure quality service. The main tasks include:
- Customer service: Answering calls and emails from cooperatives, clarifying doubts and providing information about products and services.
- Commission register and referrals: Tracking recommendations, suggestions, and inputs in specific systems to ensure prompt service.
- Team support: Collaborating with sales and technical support teams, efficiently resolving requests from cooperatives.
- Follow-up with cooperatives: Maintaining regular contact to ensure satisfaction and compliance with processes.
- Updating and improving: Participating in training to stay updated on the cooperative’s policies and procedures.
Requirements and Differentials for the Position at SICOOB
