Requirements for the Cook Position

Main Functions of the Position

Among the responsibilities of the position are:

Monitoring the entire cooking, finishing, and distribution process of meals;

Assisting in the cleaning and organization of the kitchen;

Collecting samples and monitoring the temperature of food;

Controlling the use of supplies and maintaining equipment;

Ensuring compliance with sanitary and safety regulations;

Preparing and seasoning food according to the menu and technical sheet.

Work Schedule and Location

The work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, from 11:30 AM to 9:18 PM, totaling a weekly workload compliant with legislation.
