Employees created a challenge on social media, surpassed 90 thousand likes, and even got a comment from Luciano Hang, releasing the collective prize to take the families
Employees of a store in Paraná turned an engagement goal into a movement that took over social media and ended in celebration within the company. The proposal was simple to understand and difficult to fulfill: if the video went viral and reached high numbers, the boss would pay for a trip to Beto Carrero World, in Penha, on the North Coast of Santa Catarina.
It worked. The video was published on April 8 on the Churrasqueiras Colorado profile, and by the morning of this Friday (17), it had surpassed 1.3 million views and 90 thousand likes, in addition to exceeding the follower goal. The missing detail, a comment from businessman Luciano Hang, also came, and the outing was scheduled for October.
How the employees’ challenge started and why it caught attention
The idea came from Danielle Araújo, who manages the company’s social media, a family business run by her and her husband, Mário Sérgio Nogueira. The employees, Kauã, Kadu, Douglas, and Alex, joined the challenge without hesitation and agreed to record a video to mobilize the internet.

The goal was very specific: to reach 50 thousand likes on the video, gain five thousand followers on the page, and also get a comment from Luciano Hang, from Brusque, owner of Havan stores. For a small business, it was a high goal, and that was precisely what made people want to help.
What happened after the video went viral
With the video circulating, many people began to like, follow, and tag acquaintances. Engagement rose quickly, and the page received more than double the followers requested in the challenge. Still, the most difficult item was missing: the comment from the “Véio da Havan”.
According to Danielle, the audience insisted on tagging Luciano Hang until he appeared in the post. When the comment arrived, what was a joke turned into a confirmed prize, and the team celebrated as if they had hit an end-of-year goal.
Luciano Hang’s comment and the park’s response
Luciano Hang commented on the post: “The boss can buy the tickets then. A hug from the Véio da Havan.” Beto Carrero World itself also joined the conversation and commented: “Let’s go, boss.”
This type of participation gives even more strength to the content because it becomes a public sign that the story is real and that the agreement will be fulfilled. For the employees, it was the final push that was needed.
Trip in October, families together and the challenge of making it fit in the budget
The company has four employees, and one of them is the child of the couple who owns the store. The trip will be for everyone, and the intention is for the employees to bring their families along. The group is from Colorado, Paraná, so the logistics require planning, and that’s why the date was set for October, when everyone can coordinate their schedules.
Since the business is small, Danielle explained that the budget is tighter and that the company is seeking better prices from agencies to make the dream feasible without compromising the store’s financial health. The promise, however, has already been made and the date has been set.
