Main Responsibilities for Remote Work
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various daily activities within the organization, focusing on checking and recording Invoices in the Nota Fiscal Paulista (NFP) system. Among their responsibilities will be:
- Sorting and checking the Invoices sent for registration.
- Entering and storing data in the NFP system.
- Organizing administrative documents to optimize control.
- Preparing reports and analyses, proposing improvements to processes.
Job Requirements
