Free qualification in areas with high demand in the job market will be available in several cities of Espírito Santo, with courses focused on technology, beauty, gastronomy, and services. Senac-ES’s offer includes in-person training and opportunities for those who wish to increase income or seek professional re-employment.
Senac-ES will open 3,000 free spots in over 150 professional qualification courses in Espírito Santo, with registrations scheduled between May 9 and 16, 2026, online or directly at participating units.
Classes will be offered in different municipalities in Espírito Santo and will have lessons scheduled from May 9 to July 31, 2026, according to the schedule of Senac-ES Professional Education units.
The initiative expands the offer of free training in areas with high demand in the job market, especially segments related to technology, food, customer service, communication, beauty, and practical training focused on the service sector.

Senac-ES Free Courses in Technology, Beauty, and Gastronomy
The offer brings together training in areas such as technology, beauty, gastronomy, communication, education, and practical activities related to the service sector, with options aimed at both those seeking their first qualification and those who wish to expand professional skills.
Among the courses informed by Senac-ES are barber, savory snack maker, Young Programmer, Artificial Intelligence in Education, and Creative Media with Artificial Intelligence, in addition to other training distributed according to each unit’s structure.
The initiative is part of the Semana S program, a mobilization of the Sistema Comércio that brings together free qualification, service, and assistance actions in different regions of the country, with the participation of institutions such as Senac and Sesc.
In recent years, short-term courses have seen an increase in demand in various regions of Brazil, especially in areas related to technology and entrepreneurship, a scenario that has driven the creation of new classes and training formats.
Amidst changes in the job market, practical training and rapid specializations have been used by workers for professional updating and adaptation to new hiring requirements in the commerce and service sectors.

Opportunities will be distributed across units in Vila Velha, Aracruz, Colatina, São Gabriel da Palha, Linhares, Cariacica, Serra, Vitória, Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, São Mateus, and Venda Nova do Imigrante.
There will also be an offer linked to Hotel Senac Ilha do Boi, in Vitória, expanding the program’s presence in Greater Vitória and in cities in the interior of Espírito Santo.
With regional distribution, the aim is to facilitate access to courses for residents of different municipalities, without concentrating all vacancies only in the capital or the state’s most populous centers.
The decentralization of vacancies allows candidates from inland cities to access training without the need for long commutes, expanding the reach of professional qualification actions promoted by Senac-ES.
In some units, courses will be primarily focused on specific demands of the local economy, a strategy frequently used in professional training programs to align training with regional market needs.

The Director of Professional Education at Senac-ES, Dianimer Dutra, stated that the offer aims to expand access to training and create new professional opportunities for the population.
“With this significant offer of free spots during S Week, we want to provide people with the opportunity to develop new skills, generate income, and build new professional paths,” it was highlighted.
