SESI Selection Process
The selection process for the Personnel Analyst I position will be conducted entirely online, ensuring convenience and transparency for all applicants. The first stage consists of submitting resumes directly through the Pandapé system. It is essential for the candidate to fill in all information clearly and in detail, as only the data recorded in the system will be evaluated. Attached resumes or those not in the requested format will be disregarded.
After receiving the resumes, candidates will undergo a Cultural Fit and Competencies test, with a response deadline of 24 hours. The subsequent stages include curriculum evaluation, document analysis, and a practical assessment that consists of a case study and an interview. This practical stage will total 85 minutes, with 55 minutes for completing the exam and 30 minutes for the interview with the evaluating board. The final score will be calculated based on a weighted average of the stages.

Personnel Analyst I – Florianópolis (SC)
The Personnel Analyst I position focuses on supporting the Pharmacy and Nutrition areas of SESI. The professional will be responsible for activities such as payroll management, electronic timekeeping control, and contractual terminations. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 5 PM, totaling 200 hours per month.
The workplace will be in São José (SC), serving the administrative demands of SESI/SC in the region. The contract is permanent, under the CLT regime, providing stability and the possibility of growth within the organization.
