TIM has opened a remote position for the role of Relationship Consultant – Residential Solutions, with administrative placement in São Paulo (SP), a permanent contract, and applications open until December 5, 2025.

The opportunity also includes people with disabilities and was posted on October 21, 2025.

The role focuses on customer service for clients who submit requests through recourse channels and consumer protection agencies.

Role and Professional Routine

The position involves receptive and active service to demands that come through Ombudsman, Reclame Aqui, and agencies such as Anatel, Procon, Consumidor.gov.br, and Special Civil Court (JEC).

According to the company, the goal is to ensure an effective service journey, from the first contact to case resolution, with follow-up via phone, email, or corporate messages.

TIM states that the professional will be responsible for interpreting complaints, identifying root causes, involving internal areas, and formalizing the handling of requests clearly and documented in the system.

To apply for the position, a complete high school education, intermediate knowledge of computer science and Office package, and experience in customer service are required.

The company considers previous experience in recourse channels, such as Ombudsman and consumer defense platforms, a differential.

Basic math skills for operational checks and records are also required.

Óbvio que não. O salário não foi divulgado, mas o Brasil (embora muita gente não acredite) tem legislação e um funcionário não pode trabalhar de graça. Trabalhar sem salário é trabalho escravo… Só pensar, gente…
