Incomplete or untruthful information may lead to disqualification, even in subsequent stages, if discrepancies are identified during document verification.
Selection Stages
The selection process consists of two stages, both of a classificatory and eliminatory nature.
In the first phase, the Reviewing Commission analyzes the registration form, verifying adherence to the job prerequisites and assigning scores based on the reported and proven professional experience.
The scoring table considers the time spent in the hygiene sector overall and, with a heavier weight, the time of experience in health institutions.
The longer the proven period of performance, the higher the candidate’s score in this phase.
Candidates who score zero or below the arithmetic average of the group will be disqualified.
In case of a tie, the notice provides successive tie-breaking criteria, such as higher scores in health experience, longer employment duration in the position, and greater age.
In the second stage, the top candidates in the curricular analysis are called for a technical and behavioral assessment, which may involve interviews, tests, group dynamics, or case studies.
The goal is to verify the technical and behavioral competencies considered essential for good performance in the position.
The evaluation is conducted by qualified professionals from FAHECE or by members of the Reviewing Commission.
The final classification also depends on the verification of the information provided during registration.
Approval in the selection process does not guarantee automatic hiring but qualifies the candidate to be part of the list of professionals eligible to be called during the validity of the notice.
Rules and Conditions for Hiring
To be hired, the candidate must be classified at the end of the process, present a occupational health certificate proving physical and mental fitness, and submit all documentation required by the Human Resource Management area.
Proof of registration in the PIS and availability to meet the established workload and schedule are also necessary.
The notice establishes restrictions to avoid nepotism situations, prohibiting the hiring of candidates who are spouses, partners, or relatives, up to the second degree, of managers in leadership positions, superintendence, or management of FAHECE or the units under its management.
There is also a prohibition on working in the same sector where a direct or related family member already works, even without hierarchical relation.
Another highlighted point is the possibility of internal transfer of sector or workplace within the same metropolitan region, without changing function, salary, or residence.
There may also be changes in work schedules or workloads during the validity of the notice.
In these situations, the summoned candidate may accept or decline the vacancy while remaining on the list for future opportunities.
