Hurry! Last Day to Enroll in UFPB’s Distance Education Courses
Today is the last day to secure your spot in UFPB’s distance education courses. Enrollment ends this Thursday, July 18th. The Vidal de Negreiros Agricultural School (CAVN), located in Bananeiras, is offering 150 spots for various courses.
There are 50 spots for each of the courses: Intermediate English, Organic Horticulturist, and Dairy Cattle Breeder, with 3 spots reserved for people with disabilities in each course. The courses have a total workload of 160 hours and will be offered from August to December, entirely online, through the MOODLE/UFPB Virtual Learning Environment.
How to Enroll in UFPB’s Distance Education Courses
Enrollment, like the courses, is free of charge. To participate, you must have completed Elementary Education I and be at least 15 years old. Interested individuals should fill out the form in the Integrated Academic Activity Management System (SIGAA) by the end of the day. After enrollment, the confirmation can be printed by accessing the enrollment link and entering your CPF.

More than 200 free and fully online courses with certificates are open for registration for people from all over Brazil, in areas such as technology, programming, management, and languages, and can be secured without fees, without a selection process, and only with a CPF and email until the end of June.

Take a free technical course and earn R$ 300 per month: there are 60 open slots in free technical courses to study Electrotechnics or Production Planning and Control (PPC) with support from SENAI-MS and the Bataguassu City Hall.
Selection will be based on chronological order of enrollment, respecting the quotas for broad competition and people with disabilities. The preliminary results will be published on the www.cavn.ufpb.br website. Selected individuals in the first call for the free courses will need to enroll between July 30th and August 2nd, either online or in person at the CAVN Academic Control Coordination in Bananeiras.
