UFPR has just launched a new undergraduate course in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering at the Advanced Campus of Jandaia do Sul, scheduled to start in 2025. This innovation promises to boost the educational and technological market in Brazil.

UFPR’s new course was authorized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and will last four and a half years. Aiming to prepare professionals for a constantly evolving technology market, the program will offer courses covering everything from Artificial Intelligence to software development.

Currently, only 15 in-person courses in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering are offered in Brazil, positioning UFPR among the few universities training specialists in these highly promising fields.
