Some requirements and activities: Develop SAP System Security, including users, roles, profiles, authorization management. Recognize critical elements of complex application problems, performing security analysis and troubleshooting. Interact with functional teams to ensure proper integration of business processes and procedures with information technology and identify customer solutions. Technical analysis and problem-solving skills. Must speak, read, and write English fluently. Create and maintain access levels, BO user groups, and authentication mapping (Windows AD and SAP). Experience with LCM and object transport. Troubleshoot/security problem resolution. Provide security consulting services to COE and end users.

IT Applications Support Analyst – SAP PM

Proven experience as an IT support analyst; Familiarity with the Agile methodology; Ability to learn new technologies; Good verbal and written communication in English; Ability to work remotely to train clients and some team members; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Technical skills; Database skills – SQL, Oracle; Knowledge of server and desktop operations; Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus: Java, C / C ++, PowerShell etc. SAP Experience – Maintenance
