Essential Requirements for the Job
To participate in the selection process, candidates must meet the following prerequisites:
- Completed Elementary Education;

Main Assignments of the Offshore Cook
The selected professional will be responsible for fundamental activities in the offshore culinary routine, such as:
- Ingredient selection: checking the validity and quality of the ingredients used in meals;
- Menu execution: following the preparations as established in the contract;
- Sanitization and organization: maintaining the kitchen environment and utensils always clean;
- Correct use of PPE: ensuring safety during food preparation;
- Temperature measurement and sampling: monitoring and recording important data about the exposure and preservation of the served dishes.
The final cleaning of the kitchen at the end of the shift is also an essential assignment of the position, ensuring an adequate environment for the next shift.
