Although not mandatory, it is desirable for the professional to have specialization in areas such as Hospital Speech Therapy, Dysphagia, and Orofacial Motricity, as well as proven experience in home care for patients of different age groups.
Other requirements include a National Driver’s License (CNH) in category B and personal vehicle, as care will be provided directly at patients’ homes distributed throughout Greater BH.
Responsibilities and Work Schedule
The selected speech therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and rehabilitating adult and child patients with alterations in stomatognathic functions, vestibular disorders, and neuromuscular dysfunctions of the face.
The work will be conducted through Unimed-BH’s Home Care Program, focusing on a humanized care approach centered on the patient’s needs.
The schedule will be from Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 7 PM, following a specific work shift (Shift 150).
The work will be entirely at home, requiring the professional to have autonomy, organization, and excellent interpersonal relationships.
