UPE Offers 1,8 Thousand Spots in Free E-Learning Undergraduate Courses

The University of Pernambuco (UPE) is offering an excellent opportunity for those who wish to enroll in a higher education course at no cost. Applications are open for free E-Learning undergraduate courses, with a total of 1,8 thousand spots available. Applications can be made until September 4, 2024.

UPE, recognized for its excellence in education, is accepting applications for free E-Learning undergraduate courses. With a total of 1,8 thousand spots available, the university offers courses in education and public administration. The other 1,5 thousand spots are for degrees in biological sciences, history, languages, pedagogy, and computer science. Applications

Applications must be made exclusively online, through the UPE website, by September 4, 2024. Both those who have already completed high school and those who will graduate in 2024 can apply, with a forecast of entry in the 2025 academic year. It is worth noting that there is an application fee of R$ 122, but exemptions can be requested by candidates registered in the Unified Registry for Social Programs (CadÚnico) and by dependents of UPE staff.

Selection Process Will Be Held in a Single Stage

The selection process will be held in a single stage, with a test that will include 50 objective questions and an essay. The exam is scheduled for October 13, 2024, and the syllabus for each course can be consulted in the notice available on the UPE website. This stage is crucial to ensure the quality and preparation of future students.

Various Regions

The spots for UPE’s free E-Learning undergraduate courses are distributed across support centers that cover various regions of Pernambuco, including cities such as Afrânio, Águas Belas, Cabrobó, Carpina, Fernando de Noronha, Floresta, Gravatá, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Ouricuri, Palmares, São José do Egito, Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, Sertânia, Surubim, Tabira, and Triunfo. The results of the selection process will be announced on November 29, 2024, on the official UPE website, giving candidates ample time to prepare for the start of their classes in 2025.
